Finch, Black Guan, Silvery-fronted Tapaculo, Turquoise Cotinga, Fiery-billed Aracari...
IN THE CENTER: Canal Zone (,Madden Lake, Summit Ponds, Achiote Road
and the famous Pipeline Road). This
region offers one of the most accessible tropical
forests in the world due to its relative proximity
to urban centers as a result of very good road
network: Black-crowned Antpitta, Blue Cotinga, Lance-tailed
Manakin, White-bellied Antbird...
The swampy area of the Tocumen Marsh near
to the airport as well as the Metropolitan Park
can also be very productive.

TO THE EAST:
The Darien is the wildest part of the country
and is situated near the Colombian border. A
superb zone of tropical forest within a 500
000 has park, which supports numerous regional
endemics: Pirre Warbler,Beautiful Treerunner, Pirre Bush-Tanager... The
Darien is only accessible by air from Panama
City.
